LGBTQMindfulness Retreat

Date: Friday, February 16th -1:00 p.m. – Sunday, February 18th -6 p.m.

Location: Breathe Inn, Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico

Departure: We will meet in San Diego on February 16th at 1 p.m. at the other facilitator's house (option to leave your car there), and we will drive down to our retreat location in Breathe Inn, Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico (approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes travel time).

About the Retreat: At LGBTQMindfulness Create, we're dedicated to providing a nurturing retreat exclusively for the LGBTQIA+ community. Our mission is to create an inclusive, safe space where Queer individuals can come together, self-transform, and build meaningful connections through the practice of mindfulness.

Our retreat is more than just a getaway; it's a place for you to connect with other like-minded Queer individuals, forming bonds that transcend the duration of the retreat. We believe in the power of community and family, and our goal is for every participant to leave feeling renewed, empowered, with a heightened sense of belonging.

Our approach is carefully designed around exercises and activities aimed at fostering trust, authenticity, and empowerment. We guide you through individual mindfulness practices, allowing you to tap into your innate power and potential. We've created this retreat as a haven - a place for you to explore, grow, and transform in a supportive and understanding environment.
