This program is structured to gradually increase your meditation practice. Starting with just five minutes of meditation in the first week, we will progressively extend our sessions until we reach a blissful 30-minute meditation by the final week. 🌙⏰

Led by the knowledgeable and passionate instructor, Alex Castro, you'll delve deep into the world of meditation. Alex will guide you through various aspects of meditation, including debunking myths, cultivating the right mindset, understanding the mind-body connection, dealing with distractions, and structuring effective sessions. 💆‍♀️
